BuckOne is a cloud-based expense management platform that helps businesses automate receipt processing, expense tracking, and report generation using artificial intelligence. The Service includes receipt scanning, data extraction, policy enforcement, multi-currency support, and Excel report generation.

To use BuckOne, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by BuckOne and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including receipts, reports, and business data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

BuckOne uses artificial intelligence to process receipts and extract data. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-extracted data should be reviewed by users before submission. We are not responsible for errors in AI-extracted data that are not corrected before report submission.

We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuckOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
